A central component of the mission of Center for Family Guidance is ensuring that individuals who seek behavioral healthcare services have as much access as possible to the care they need. At this time, we will continue to provide services in our offices to all patients who are safely able to travel to their appointments. If you are concerned about being out in a public setting, or have any reason to believe that you are not well enough to attend an appointment at our office, please call and let us know and we will make other arrangements for you to receive the care you need.

During this challenging time, it is important that you are able to receive care and support. In addition to appointments in our offices, we can provide therapy and medication management sessions via telebehavioral health and by telephone. Please let us know if you wish to choose one of those options to maintain the treatment you have been receiving.

If you do come to our office for your care please know that we believe it is vitally important that in the course of providing care the safety of our patients and of our staff be taken into consideration. In our concern for safety, we are following the guidelines issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) regarding COVID-19 in our offices. Those guidelines are posted in our waiting rooms. If you have any questions about how we are approaching this matter please let a staff member know. Currently some of the precautions we are taking in our offices include:

  • Sanitizing the waiting room area and our offices regularly.
  • Maintaining a log of our sanitizing schedule.
  • Providing access to hand washing and hand sanitizing products for patients.

Effective April 20th, our Outpatient offices will be open for in-person visits on select days. Telemedicine and Phone appointments are available Monday through Friday from clinicians from all of our offices. Please refer to the list below to see when your office will be open for in-person sessions:
